Why choose TripnCar for car rental instead of a direct rental company?
TripnCar is a broker specializing in car rentals, negotiating rates with major rental companies worldwide. Today, TripnCar operates in France and 174 countries across 30,000 destinations.

Can I find out which car rental agency I’m booking with?
At the end of your booking, you will receive an automatic email with a voucher detailing the rental agency: Name, Address, and Phone Number.

I didn’t receive a booking confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your email inbox, including your spam folder, for the confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. Use the contact form for support.

Can I rent a car with a provisional driver’s license?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The car rental companies we work with require a valid driver’s license to rent a car.

Why do I need to provide my flight details?
The car rental agent will be informed in real time about your flight’s arrival time and potential delays. In the case of delays, your car will still be reserved under your name.

What if I want to rent a car at the airport but am not arriving by plane?
In this case, simply check the box “I don’t know my flight number/I’m not arriving by plane” during the booking process.

What is the minimum age requirement for renting a car?
Most car rental agencies accept clients aged 21 and over. However, this may vary depending on the country of rental. Note that additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 or over 75 to cover extra insurance costs.

My booking status says “Pending Request.” What does this mean?
This means your booking is being processed and will be confirmed shortly. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the vehicle is unavailable, which is rare, we’ll offer an alternative vehicle. You can choose to accept or cancel the booking without any charges via our online portal.

Can I reserve a car using my credit card without immediate payment?
Yes, on our website www.tripncar.com, you can book without paying upfront by providing your credit card details. Payment will be made when you pick up the vehicle. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and some American Express cards.

The rental agency didn’t send me the final invoice. What should I do?
You should receive the invoice when returning the vehicle. If not, please contact the rental agency directly.

What does my car rental insurance cover?
The included insurance typically covers:

  • Third-party liability
  • Theft protection
  • Civil liability

During booking, at Step 2, click on “Rental Details” for more information about coverage and deductibles.

The rental agency overcharged me for fuel. What should I do?
If you believe the fuel charge was incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

What should I do if my rental car is damaged at pickup?
Inspect the car thoroughly upon collection to avoid unexpected charges later. If damage is discovered (not caused by you), please contact us so we can assist with resolving the issue.

What additional options are available when renting a vehicle?
Each car rental agency offers different add-ons, which may include:

  • Additional driver
  • Booster seats
  • Child car seats
  • GPS navigation
  • Ski racks
  • Snow chains
  • Snow tires
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Luggage racks

Additional options are not included in the rental price and must be paid at the rental counter when picking up the vehicle.

Can I drive the rented car to a neighboring country?
